Felt Heart Bracelet

I was looking at a McCall's pattern book the other day and stumbled on a bracelet that would be perfect for Valentine's Day.

I did what probably every other crafter in the world would do. I didn't buy the pattern, just came home and made my own version.

That's the picture that was in the book. I'm thinking that bow bracelet is in my future, too.

All it took was a heart and arrow cut out of felt. (Why is neon pink so darn hard to take a photo of?)

I made a buttonhole and caught the arrow in it as I was sewing it to connect them.

After I was all finished I kept looking at it and thought it looked a little plain,

so I grabbed some embroidery thread and stitched around the whole thing.

Thank you, Jalynn, for being my hand model!

Happy Monday!
